Office Breakfasts and Working Lunches
The meeting goes better when the food is something people are actually glad to see. We’ve been handling corporate catering in St. Louis long enough to know what works: individually boxed combos for easy distribution, full buffet spreads for conference rooms, or a live omelet station that makes your all-hands feel like something other than an all-hands.
Brunch Events and Celebrations
Baby showers, milestone birthdays, retirement parties, neighborhood block parties; if there’s a reason to gather and eat well, we’re the call to make. The Best of Both Worlds platter (pancakes and French toast with your choice of toppings) is a crowd favorite. So is the Breakfast Fried Rice, which shows up at every catered event where at least one person wanted something other than the expected.
Family Reunions
Feeding multiple generations at once is where range really matters. Classic scrambled eggs and pancakes for the traditionalists, spicy chorizo casserole for the adventurous, hot boxed lunches for whoever arrives at noon. Everyone finds something.
Private Dining at the Restaurant
The Watson Road location has a private dining room for smaller hosted events. The Docket downtown is available after regular business hours. Both work well for retirement celebrations, organizational gatherings, firm receptions, and department dinners.

Live Omelet Bar
A Chris’ team member comes to your location and makes omelets to order. Guests pick their own toppings. It’s interactive, everyone gets exactly what they want, and it’s consistently the thing people bring up when they talk about the event later.

Hot Boxed Lunch
For events that run into the afternoon: roast beef with au jus or beef gravy; Greg’s meatloaf with mashed potato and green beans; pasta with grilled chicken or salmon; or a classic cheeseburger with chips. All fully packaged and ready to serve.
Boxed Meals with Dessert
Individual meals with sandwich or salad, chips, dessert, and drink. Turkey, ham, grilled chicken, or vegetarian. Salad options include the Chris’ Salad and the Chopped Salad with grilled chicken, bacon, and pepperoncini.
Party Trays
Chicken strips, wings in four sauces, toasted ravioli, or loaded potato skins with bacon, cheddar, green onion, and sour cream.
